Magik Theatre is excited to offer multiple 3-day mini-classes over the winter holiday. We are offering two options for your child to suit your family’s needs – you can connect with us virtually from the comfort of your own home or in-person with a limited class size to meet current COVID-19 safety protocols.
Every day students will learn a different song or scene from a show and perform it at the end of camp each day. Parents can pay for a day or pay for all three days.

Winter Mini-classes (Play in a Day): Holidays
Dates: December 21 – 23, 2020, Monday – Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., classes will be capped at 8 kids per 2 teaching artists.
HOLIDAYS: Wonderful Winter Holiday – Ages 5-7, 7-11 and 12+
Designed for both beginner and intermediate performers, our classes build student’s knowledge of character development and voice as well as physical movement and shape- all while having an amazing time meeting new friends! Students will use inspiration from their favorite books, musicals, tv shows, and movies to develop small scenelets for a performance at the end of each class day, all while singing and dancing to popular holiday music.

Winter Mini-classes (Play in a Day): Celebrate
Dates: December 28 – 30, 2020, Monday – Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., classes will be capped at upto 8 students per 2 teaching artists.
CELEBRATE: Best of Disney – Ages 5-7 (capped at 8 students)
Celebrate the new year with music from hit Broadway Disney shows from New York! Designed for both beginner and intermediate actors, our Mini winter classes build our students’ knowledge of character development and voice and allow them to explore physical movement and shape, all while having an amazing time and meeting new friends. Students will take scenes, music, and characters from different Broadway musicals to develop into small scenelets to be performed at the end of each class day! Sing and dance to popular songs like “Friend Like me” (Aladdin), “Under the Sea” (The Little Mermaid) and more!
CELEBRATE: Best of Descendants – Ages 7-11 (capped at 8 students)
Designed for both beginner and intermediate actors, our Mini winter classes build our students’ knowledge of character development and voice and allow them to explore physical movement and shape, all while having an amazing time and meeting new friends. Students will take scenes, music, and characters from the hit Disney Musical Descendents to develop into small scenelets to be performed at the end of each class day! Sing and dance to popular songs like “Good to be Bad” , “Chillin’ like a Villain” and more!
CELEBRATE: Best of Hamilton – Ages 12+ (capped at 6 students)
Celebrate the new year with music from hit Broadway show Hamilton! Designed for both beginner and intermediate actors, our Mini winter classes build our students’ knowledge of character development and voice and allow them to explore physical movement and shape, all while having an amazing time and meeting new friends. Students will take scenes, music, and choreography from different Hamilton to develop into small scenelets to be performed at the end of each class day. Don’t throw away your shot! Sing and dance to popular songs like “My Shot”, “The Schuyler Sisters”, and more!
Pay for a day or pay for all three days of class. Class size is limited, so sign up early!
Tuition: $75 per day or all three for only $210 (includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee).
