Expect a big summer splash with this family-friendly musical that has become one of the most performed shows in America! Dive into the fantastical world of Dr. Seuss, where beloved characters and stories intertwine in a vibrant tapestry of music and imagination. From the loyal Horton the Elephant, who hears a faint cry for help on a speck of dust, to the mischievous Cat in the Hat guiding us through unexpected adventures, this musical brings to life tales like Horton Hears a Who!, Gertrude McFuzz, and The Cat in the Hat. With a dynamic score blending pop, gospel, blues, and R&B, audiences of all ages are invited to explore themes of friendship, loyalty, and the power of “thinks.” Whether you’re young or young at heart, Seussical promises a heartwarming experience that celebrates the unique qualities in each of us.

Robert Cardoza, the San Antonio theatre community’s primary sign language interpreter, will be available during this performance for patrons that require ASL as their primary form of communication.

Please note: The ASL interpreter will stand at orchestra level to the right of the stage near the handicap seating area. May change without notice.

These performances are designed with both children and adults on the autism spectrum, and those with sensory sensitivities in mind.

Purchases are only available at the door on the day of the performance.

Our way of giving back to the community and providing an opportunity for families to experience live theatre with a donation of any amount.

Educators and education admin staff are eligible for 1 free ticket to this performance with proof of I.D. These tickets are only available in person at the Box Office on the day of the performance. Additional tickets are available to purchase for these performances at a discount of $5 off the regular ticket prices.

Productions are designed to meet specific grade-level curriculum requirements while providing an engaging introduction to the performing arts.
