Acting and Creativity Academy The Magik Theatre Acting and Creativity Academy is a place where your child can learn how to be an actor, a singer, a dancer, a filmmaker, a set designer and builder, as well a painter, writer, dreamer, and all-around artist.
And it doesn’t stop there. Our students learn to use creativity to approach school work, problem solving, self-esteem, and team building. Modeled after Camp Showbiz, our extremely popular summer camp program, Academy offers classes that are fun, educational, and inspiring.
Step by step, we are making the Acting and Creativity Academy a complete series of classes that allow children and parents to choose their own paths of study. This gives young people the chance to spend after-school hours in a creative clubhouse, a place to help our students develop not only the ability to use the artist inside them in everything they do, but will also make them better people.
Academy is a place that allows your child to become committed and passionate about everything they do. What your child learns at Academy will change their lives as well as the audiences they reach with the work they create.
