La Cinderella

This bilingual musical is a
re-imagining of the classic fairy tale.
It begins in
modern times where a young girl named Ella is trying to
adjust to a new
step mother and two step sisters. Ella falls and is transported (along with her
entire new family) back to colonial Mexico where Ella becomes La Cinderella
guided by an ancient Curandero. It’s a
wonderful story with great music which provides young audiences a glimpse into
the life of the early settlers
in the southwest.
